If you order hasn’t been shipped yet, then it can be modified by you or us. To modify your order by yourself, simply place a new order that matches your new needs.

To have us assist you text or call the number on our website, use the Live chat messenger, at the bottom left of the website and one of our staff will be in touch with you.

If you have added an item to your shopping cart, and then realize you want, say 10 of them instead of 2, enter the quantity you really wish to purchase in the little quantity box, and click “update.”

Shipping costs will vary greatly depending on what you’re ordering, where it is shipping to, and what shipping method you choose. We do offer free economy shipping for all domestic (shipping within the US) orders worth $75 or more. All orders above $500 irrespective of Country or location gets free shipping. Once you have added all the items you want to your shopping cart, you can click on the Calculate Shipping button underneath all the items and select the address you’re shipping to. It will give you a pretty accurate estimate of the actual shipping charges for available shipping options. Also, when you select the shipping method you want to use while in checkout, it will show you the actual amount you’ll be charged for shipping. This is the actual amount we are charged by the USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We do get pretty good FedEx and UPS rates

If you require a quote before your purchase can be completed please contact our Customer Service Team! The best way to do this is to email [email protected] requesting a quote. Please be sure to include the quantity you need. You can also choose “Offline Payment” if you want to place your order without paying for it, or if you need an invoice to wrestle payment from your company or school.  Please be sure to contact us to make payment and release (or cancel) your order if you choose Offline Payment.

Yes we probably do! However, please keep in mind we cannot ship to Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.

Apart from the Countries listed above all other countries are eligible for shipping.

Order delays can occur for a variety of reasons. In the event your order has not shipped promptly, please understand we are doing our best to adjust our course to keep up with the ever-growing demand for popular items. We send order update emails in real-time as inventory and procedures allow.

Though issues with orders are not common, they do happen. We’re here to help when things don’t quite go as planned. 

If your order was missing an item, or an item from your order is missing parts, it may have been split into multiple shipments. 

If you were sent the wrong item, we’ve got your back. We can’t process this type of return in-store, but you can learn how to return by mail for a refund or replacement. 

If your order was damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory in any other way, you can request a replacement or refund in your account or by contacting us using the button below.

If the tracking information for your order shows delivery confirmation and you’re unable to find your package, review how to proceed in the event your package was delivered but not received.
