Shipping & Returns
SGC Trading Limited Return Policy
Items shipped from SGC Trading Limited, including from our Warehouses, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. SGC Trading Limited will automatically refund up to $80 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $100, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.
Computers & phones
New desktop, laptops, or tablets (excluding Kindle E-readers and Fires) purchased from SGC Trading Limited that didn’t start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
SGC Trading Limited may test computers that are returned because they didn’t start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 3 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
How do i return a device to SGC Trading Limited?
Prepare device for shipping: Place your device in the original packaging, including all accessories that came with the device. You may still return a device if the box has been opened. It is not necessary to include the manual. If you are returning a Fire tablet, turn off the wireless connection and place your device in the original packaging.
Your device must be returned to Vine Mart Electronics using a trackable shipping method.
Give return package to the shipper: Please wrap the package securely, attach the return label you printed to the package, and take your return package to a drop-off location for the shipper indicated on the label. If your device is delivered to Vine Mart Electronics in the thirty-day period after the end of the applicable return window, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee equal to 10% of the item’s price.
Note about shipping lithium-ion batteries: Kindle e-reader and Fire tablet batteries are considered “lithium-ion batteries contained in equipment” under dangerous goods transportation regulations and do not require special labeling or documentation if two or fewer devices are shipped in a single package.
How will i be refunded for a returned device?
When we have received and processed your return, our returns department will request the appropriate refund to the payment method used for the original order. All refunds are subject to our refunds policy
Note about pre-paid mailing labels and shipping cost refunds: Return shipping costs are only reimbursed if the return is due to SGC Trading Limited error. If a pre-paid label is not convenient in your location, indicate the cost of shipping you paid with your return (either on the packing slip inside of the box or written on the return label outside of the box). You may be reimbursed for your shipping costs according to our refunds policy.
Are your devices covered by limited warranty?
Your device is covered by a limited warranty. Certain SGC Trading Limited-branded accessories are also covered by a limited warranty. If you need service under the warranty or would prefer some personal assistance, please contact us so we can help determine how best to help you. We’ll gladly provide service or a replacement according to the warranty guidelines.
